I’m so glad you’re here.

I invite you to join me for one or more of my offerings. These spaces are an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and explore movement, breath, mindfulness, and energy in a way that feels supportive and real.

Whether you’re brand new to this work or have been on the path for many years, there is a place for you here.

My approach to yoga is functional and body-aware, rooted in how we actually move and live. Rather than forcing shapes or striving for perfection, we focus on movements that support everyday life—building strength, mobility, balance, and ease in a way that honors your unique body.

I weave together functional movement, biomechanics, and mindful awareness, encouraging you to listen inward and respond to what your body needs. This creates a practice that is adaptable, sustainable, and deeply personal—supporting not just how you move on the mat, but how you feel in your body off it.

Each session is designed to help you move with greater ease, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper connection between body, breath, and awareness. Whether your intention is pain relief, nervous system support, improved mobility, or simply feeling more at home in your body, these practices offer practical tools you can carry into daily life.

Beachfront Yoga

Step into a unique yoga experience, where movement meets nature at our serene beachfront Yoga Pavilion. This outdoor class blends Functional Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Meditation, creating an immersive journey into balance and well-being. Join us as we flow with the natural rhythm of the Sea of Cortez, practicing Functional Yoga tailored to your body’s unique structure and abilities.

Each session includes intentional breathwork to center the mind, followed by a soothing sound meditation with authentic Himalayan singing bowls, designed to deepen relaxation and harmonize your energy. Come as you are and enjoy yoga in this beautiful shaded pavilion overlooking the Sea of Cortez—a perfect setting to awaken your senses and ground yourself in peace.

All levels are welcome; mats and props are provided.

Coed Deep Stretch

Ease into your week with a gentle yet powerful deep stretch class, open to all levels.

This coed session is designed to increase flexibility, release tension, and build strength in foundational poses. Together, we’ll explore safe, accessible stretches with focus on breath awareness, finding our edge and individual needs in each stretch.


Guided by principles of Functional Yoga, we’ll work on mobility and stability to support your body’s unique structure, creating space and resilience in areas prone to tightness.

Perfect for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate, this class provides a mindful approach to movement, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Open to all levels. Mats and props are available.

Breathwork
Thursdays | 9:30 AM | Barriles Wellness Center

Begins February 26 to April 2 ​

This 6-week beginner breathwork series offers a gentle, supportive introduction to conscious breathing and nervous system regulation. Each one-hour session includes guided breath practices, simple education, rest, and integration, allowing you to build a sustainable relationship with your breath over time.

Benefits may include reduced stress and anxiety, improved focus and emotional balance, better sleep, and a deeper sense of calm, higher states of consciousness and presence. This series is trauma-informed, choice-based, and suitable for beginners or anyone returning to the foundations. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and breathe.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing | Wednesday | 4.00 PM | The Sanctuary

Immerse yourself in the gentle embrace of this 90-minute candlelit journey, where Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing come together to nurture your mind, body, and soul.

Through the soft, supportive poses of Restorative Yoga, your body will begin to release tension, allowing you to unwind completely. This deeply calming practice soothes the nervous system, encourages better sleep, and invites a sense of ease into every part of your being.

As you settle into each pose, the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments wash over you, creating a meditative space that quiets the mind and fosters deep relaxation. The harmonic sounds work on a cellular level, helping to clear emotional blockages, balance energy, and leave you feeling renewed from the inside out.

This beautiful combination of movement, stillness, and sound creates an experience of profound rest and restoration. Under the warm glow of candlelight, you’ll feel safe, supported, and held as you reconnect with your inner calm.

In these intimate gatherings, we slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters: presence, relaxation, and shared experience. Expect a calming atmosphere, grounding practices, and the spaciousness to unwind fully, individually and together.

All mats and props are provided, and sessions can be held in your villa, on the beach, or at my studio depending on your preference.
