The summer solstice is a sacred time of year where we celebrate the change of seasons and welcome in the fiery warmer months of summer. It is a time for reflection, introspection, letting go of what is not serving us and setting intentions for the months ahead.

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine used for centuries in rituals and ceremonies to amplify the energy center of the heart. It is used to facilitate deeper connection with the Self, set intentions, and deepen meditation.
