Join us for a restorative and rejuvenating experience of Sound Healing at Sukhasana Studio to honour the September full Moon. This in-person event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your community and immerse yourself in the healing power of the gong and many other instruments that are played live.
Friday September 29 at 4pm, we will gather at Sukhasana Studio, Los Barriles to embrace a transformative journey and welcome the harvest full moon energy; a chance to reflect on our life and dive deep to see what we would like to harvest in our personal life.
A chance to wind down, reflect and perhaps set some healthy intentions. Deborah will guide your journey with breathwork, intention setting and sound meditation. The beautiful soul provoking instruments, include Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drums, moon gong, chau gong, Koshi chimes, singing bowls, and more, to create a deeply relaxing and transformative experience.

We invite you to simply rest in a state of pure being, honoring and letting go of the past, and opening up to receive what is approaching. The Full Moon is a powerful time in helping one RELEASE negative energy that is holding you back from living your divine highest good and RENEW for the month ahead. All you need to do is bring your bed pillow and something soft to cover your eyes. Included in your ticket is the use of yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets!
