Expect a beautiful blend of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and intuitive sound medicine to soothe your nervous system, open your energetic pathways, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.
This is a gentle, restorative experience for every body — whether you’re new to sound healing or returning to your practice.
