Join me for an immersive live Sound Journey where every instrument is played in real time—nothing pre-recorded, nothing artificial. The healing frequencies of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, ocean drum, chimes, and other sacred tools are intuitively layered to support a full-body reset and emotional clearing.
We begin by grounding into the body with breathwork and intention setting, creating a safe and sacred container for the experience. As you settle into stillness, the soundscape unfolds around and through you, helping to release physical tension, balance the nervous system, and open space within for clarity and alignment.
