Peru Retreat August 24-30, 2026 Seven days held deep in the beating heart of the Amazon — where the air hums with life, the earth remembers you, and your whole system gently returns to its natural rhythm.
This retreat is a journey into truth — your truth.
A space to soften into who you really are, to see yourself clearly, and to learn how to navigate the difficult moments of life with more grace, honesty, and emotional intelligence. The work we do together will naturally ripple into every relationship you hold… including the one you have with yourself.
We’ll gather in the softness of morning and the stillness of evening for functional yoga, meditation, and breathwork… receive energy transmissions… sit in the sacred heat of temazcal… melt into cold plunges… circle around the fire… Visit moon ceremony... sip ceremonial cacao… travel through sound healing... a river excursion, and walk among hummingbirds and orchids in their sanctuary.
You’ll be nourished with three vibrant, wholesome meals a day, each crafted to support your energy, your healing, and your awakening.
